How to Choose Your Test Center
When selecting your test center, consider:
- Distance - Choose the center closest to your home or workplace
- Transportation - Check public transport connections to the center
- Availability - Popular centers (especially Copenhagen and Aarhus) fill up quickly
- Parking - If driving, check if parking is available at the venue
Registration Tips
- Register early - Popular locations fill up fast
- Have your payment ready - You need to pay 946 DKK at registration
- Save your confirmation - Keep the confirmation email with your test center details
What to Expect at the Test Center
On test day, here is what typically happens:
- Arrive by 12:00 PM (the test starts at 1:00 PM)
- Bring valid photo ID (residence permit, passport from EU/EEA, or travel document)
- Find your assigned seat - Seats are usually pre-assigned
- Listen to instructions - The test supervisor will explain the procedure
- Take the test - 45 questions in 45 minutes
- Submit your test and leave when finished
What NOT to Bring
- No dictionaries or notes
- No mobile phones or electronic devices
- No other aids of any kind
