The Danish citizenship test (Indfødsretsprøven) is a written exam with 45 questions to be answered within 45 minutes. To pass, you need at least 36 correct answers, including at least 4 out of 5 values questions. The test is held twice a year, typically in June and November.

What to Bring to the Exam

Once you have completed the citizenship test, you will need to wait for your results. Here is what to expect:
